his name is Kyle and he comes to my bed almost every early morning/late evening. Steve and I are both so exhausted that neither one of us notices him getting into our bed. Unfortunately, we learn he is in there when he begins to wiggle about. He is not a still sleeper. He moves and throws his arms, rolls over, kicks, gets twisted in odd positions where he is taking up the majority of the bed. Sweet boy have to love him....love it more when he sleeps all night in his own bed!
Miss Lauren has had very pink eyes the last couple of days. We had been treating it with some pink eye ointment, but it wasn't clearing up. Steve took her to the doctor so we could figure out what was going on before she went to school for the first day. Her appointment was early in the morning. She was upset that she didn't get snuggle time with the family on our bed. I let her know we would do that when she got home. How sweet is that she enjoys that time together...I have happy memories of spending time on Dad and Mom's bed. We always seemed to gather there. I hope my kids have those same types of good memories...family togetherness.
On the way to Grammie and Poppa's for dinner. Kyle said he wanted to be a missionary and he wanted to go to Mississippi. He wanted to know if they spoke Spanish in Mississippi. He would ride his bike there or maybe he could drive a car. Could he be a missionary now? Sure I said, you can be a good example. He said can I go to dinners now? Hilarious!!
