Big Kids

Lauren: wants a mom and daughter date. I had been thinking about doing something with her and she pulled out the calendar before I ever said anything to her about it. She wanted to go to Build a Bear and Pebbles and Ritters. The list went on. I suggested a pedicure. She is so excited! So tomorrow Steve's going to take the boys to baseball practice, while Lauren and I get our feet done.

Everytime I look at her, her teeth get bigger. Those big teeth look so cute. She is getting to be so big. Nonstop chatterer. The other day we went to the park and Lauren and Kyle played so well together, digging in the sand. I wonder how much longer swings, sand and some slides will keep her interested.

Kyle: Continuing to work on monitoring him and his computer stimulation. Trying really hard to offer him alternatives. Things that burn some of his energy. He went to baseball practice last night. Came home with his new uniform. Says he can't wait until Saturday's practice. Went to bed and promptly fell asleep. LOVE it when that happens.

So I have Bunco tonight. Must bring something that I love or can't live without for $10. Why is this hard for me? Maybe I just love lots of things but they cost more than $10. I guess I will go through my stash of scrapping things and put together a little kit.
