Kyle had big plans to go to Idaho this year for his birthday....so we planned a fun day for him. He has been wanting to go to the Shark Reef for months now. So we went and guess what? I didn't even take my camera. Gasp! I decided that we would be much too busy watching kids, it would just get in the way. So we enjoyed the day minus the camera. All three kids got shark tooth necklaces. And Kyle's favorite part was the touch pool, where he touched stingrays and a couple of baby sharks. I asked how they felt. He said the shark was crispy and the stingrays were slimy. Before venturing out to Mandalay Bay, we stopped by Krispy Kremes so the kids could see how the doughnuts were made. They were impressed. I finally grabbed my camera and got a picture of three of the four and that's it for documentation. We BBQed hotdogs and shot off fireworks in the backyard. Kade did not enjoy the popping sounds. Lauren was just plain chicken, and we couldn't get Kyle to stay back. We topped off the evening with rootbeer floats. So fun day and fun times together.

That's so funny he wanted to come to Idaho. Sounds like a fun day. Brandon is getting bigger already. His cheeks are cute in those pictures.
