A Good Day

The kids are out of school for the next two days....teacher development. It seems like we haven't had

many full weeks lately. I can't complain though, they have been really good today. We planned for a couple of friends to come and play. They spent the entire afternoon outside, collecting rocks and making a mess of the backyard. It is seriously a wreck. It was a good day.

I love that the weather is so nice. I wish that it would stay like this all year round. Sadly the heat will be here sooner than I would like.

Brandon is now eating cheerios....1/4 at a time. He was choking on the smallest things. I think that he has the hang of it. He kicks his legs whenever he is excited about something. Usually related to food or being held. But the funniest thing is that he kicks his legs while he's nursing unless he is getting ready to sleep. Just a silly little thing. Funny boy.
