Do you ever get the feeling

that you will never get ahead? I am feeling like everything is falling apart around me. It has been an extremely busy week and the weekend isn't going to let up. We have not been home very much and the house is seriously suffering. Laundry... I don't even want to think about it.

Lauren's dance recital is tomorrow bright and early. It can not come soon enough. We will all be happy when it is OVER. The drama and all.

In happier news, Kade got his "ribbon" on Thursday after his swim lesson. He was so excited! He wants to show everyone. It is amazing to me that the boy can swim. I never would have guessed. Quite a sight to see the progression in such a short amount of time. We couldn't get his same teacher for next session, so we are waiting 3 weeks then back to swim for 2 more.

Hey, the break in swim lessons will give you a chance to "catch up". I know I have felt much better with dance being over as well.

Good luck this weekend.

I never would have thought you could teach kids to swim at such a young age and that quickly! Awesome though! He looks cute on the little podium.

Hey, this is Mandi, Jamie's friend. Do mind if I ask how much the lessons were? My daughter is taking lessons at our clubhouse, but one session isn't enough and it's the only one they are offering here. We paid $150 for 9 half hour lessons I think. It seems like a lot to me, but I don't really know what else is out there. Thanks;)

Candace cute profile picture!

Mandi it costs $160 for eight 20 minute one on one sessions. The classes run M-Th for two weeks.

I don't know how well your girls swim or like the water, but the teachers are very aggressive...but GOOD! They push the kids to do things that may be hard for them, but they know they CAN do. Kade cried through the entire first weeks lessons and was loving it by the last two. He learned even though he was crying.

There number is 360-2255. If you have any other questions I can answer for you just let me know.

I really liked the LV Swim Academy overall. They are definitely serious there. The air conditioned "waiting room" is nice!

Thanks Heather...I am going to get Alison in there after her current lessons are done. She has NO fear and it scares me because she will just jump right in even though she can't swim! (so does her sister for that matter, I'll have to check if there are lessons for little little kids)
