I always like to make crockpot meals for Sunday...
that way there are no worries about what to have.
Dinner is done when we get home.
Dinner is done when we get home.
Our yummy, easy roast recipe was getting old.
So..... I found a recipe on the web and Saturday night, I ran to the store
to get a few ingredients.
Whipped up this little number Sunday morning.
It looked to pretty in the crockpot.
But don't let that fool you, it was disgusting!
So bitter everyone hated it!
My question: What are your FAVORITE, YUMMY crockpot recipes.
I need to add to my collection.

One of our favorite YUMMY crockpot dishes is Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwiches. I just get a pork roast and bbq sauce and let it cook for like 6 hours, then pull it apart and put on a keiser roll with some cheese. SO YUMMY!!!
I have an AWESOME one, I will email ya! rosemary chicken...bug me if I forget!
i've been trying to come up w/ new crock pot dinners for sunday too. other than roast..or bbq beef...those are the same to me.
we tried one yesterday that i'll share with you. it was from martha stewart everyday. i'd make it again w/ a few modifications. i'm interested to see what your readers share.
That stinks that it was no good. It looks so pretty there in the crock pot.
Pork burritos are easy. Cube a pork loin and put it in the crockpot with with a bit of water. When it's done (6 hours on high) mix it with 2 cans of green enchilada sauce and 1/2 cup brown sugar (or more if you like it sweeter). Roll up in tortillas with monterey jack cheese.
I love the new pictures on your blog, btw :)
I'm finally posting! Super easy one is salsa chicken. Chicken breasts, jar of salsa...cook. We eat it on warm flour tortillas with sour cream and a little cheese, but you can add whatever you like...
My family likes the "Hearty 6 Hour Stew" from "Mormon Cookbook." Do you have that cookbook, it seems like lots of people do. If not let me know and I'll write out the recipe.
