Halloween Decorations

I was thinking yesterday that we aren't very festive for Halloween.

We used to be. Remember the Halloween parties before kids?

I guess it's just trouble to me.
I went around and took pictures of the only Halloween decorations we have up.

It is quite a small, piddly, pathetic collection.

I didn't even put up the fall wreath this year.

Our poor doorway has the pot with dead flowers from the summer.

I was thinking of filling it with pumpkins to dress it up and make it look not so

"Welcome to our dead, uncared for home"

I haven't even bought pumpkins for carving.

Thank goodness Kade makes cute crafts at preschool.

And we have the old, trusty pumpkin for outside.

I have enjoyed looking at Jennifer's blog for Halloween ideas.

That was about as far as it has gone with me though.....looking.

Next year if I decide to get into the spirit, I will have a wealth of ideas.
