We survived the ward trunk or treat.
I asked Kade if he wanted a hot dog for dinner.
He whispered, "No...I think I'll just have candy."
And that is pretty much what he did.
The kids came home with their goods, combined it all into a big pile on the table
and began their tradition of sorting and bagging: suckers, chewy, chocolates.
We have SO MUCH CANDY!
Made my heart happy to see them share.

How fun, I love all the cute costumes and the sharing.
Survived is right!
My kids have a little system for sorting and trading their loot too.
Of course I have tought them they have to make contributions to their mother. They know I only want the chocolate, and they are very generous to me :)
That was always a big debate come Halloween. To share or not to share...
That is so cute. Remember when we used to sort our candy out?
Darling costumes! Kade is so cute!
that picture is priceless! I hope it's going in a frame and pulled out for many halloweens to come!
