Funny comments about Santa

The kids have gotten to see many Santas this year. Here is their take. The Santa at the ward party was a fake according to Kyle. You could see his gray mustache and he didn't have on real boots. You could see his shoes underneath. Steve said maybe he's Santa's helper...one of the kids friends said no he's someone in the ward. Steve helped them out....it was Bro. Schefcik.

We've had lots going on. We all had the flu during the Christmas weekend. Kyle was throwing up Friday night, Lauren was on Christmas Eve. I woke up Christmas morning feeling yucky and Steve was throwing up by that night. Kade escaped thankfully. I didn't get many pictures of Christmas this year for that reason. We've been enjoying the time off. We took the kids bowling they had such a good time. I also took them to see Narnia. Great movie! I was concerned that they would be afraid especially Kyle. I kept asking him Kyle are you afraid. He said No Mom..I'm just afraid of under my chair. I'm afraid of monsters you know. I reassured him that their were no monsters under his chair. Such a sweet boy.

We are gearing up to take down the Christmas decorations, go to the annual New Year's Breakfast and hopefully get some bulletin boards made today. I am excited about a good project day. Church is tomorrow our new time 9:30 Yipee! So I must get everything ready tonight.
