Took some much needed time last night and caught up on this project. The prompt for the top on was "I Am...." I thought it was so broad. It could cover characteristics of myself, what I like, what I believe, a location....so, I decided to sum it up with one word of where I am right now and that is "trying." On the back I think I'll journal about being a better wife, mother, daughter of God.
The second one is using a scrap from my favorite fabric purchase for Lauren's quilt. (Starting on that quilt this week) The topic was what's your symbol? I don't really have a symbol, but mom has always said that I am a peacemaker and I tend to agree. So a heart it is.
