Thanksgiving Day

I bought this little sign at Jen's craft show.

I like it so much it is staying up all year.

A good reminder I think, to be grateful.

We had a lovely dinner at Dad and Mom's

the kids played basketball, hunted for tiny snails, caught crickets, gave rides on the skateboards until they were filthy!

Brandon did not take one nap.

ALL DAY.

The girls looked at sale papers and marked their lists

for going out to the stores tomorrow at crazy hours.

I will be sleeping thank you very much!

Insanity I tell you.

I would rather be behind in my shopping,

then spend it with a bunch of crazy, fanatical shoppers before the crack of dawn.

Can you believe I forgot my camera battery?

Hence no pictures.

I dealt with it though.

Life goes on and we all had a wonderful time.
