I am a zombie today. I think we covered the entire Las Vegas Valley today! Lauren had a writing workshop hosted by the school district at an elemetary school out by Belz outlet malls. We had to be there at 8a.m. all of us because Steve was out of town. Then it didn't get over until 12 p.m. We tried to stop by Mom's but I didn't have a key, went to Ambers instead. The boys played for awhile. Kyle had several meltdowns until he received lunch at close to 1. Not good because he was starving! Cried because he missed his baseball practice. I couldn't get him to the other side of town at 11. That's a good sign though. Last year he dreaded practices. Came home, took a rest on the couch while the older kids played.
I haven't felt like I've gotten back on top of things around here since we've been home. Kade has just started acting more like himself....letting me get some things done. Today was a total wash. I am so beat. I hope to run a couple of errands this evening ALONE! Maybe pick up a movie, get my photo order picked up. Nothing like fresh photos to get the creative juices flowin. Even if they were taken months ago.
