We cannot understand Kade

all the time. This proves to be very frustrating for all considering he has to whine and repeat and repeat until you get it. Well yesterday I could not figure out what he was saying. Kyle kept trying to offer suggestions. You want Brett Farve? Yeah Kade would say. Turns out he wanted his pacifier. He was saying the whole word instead of just pa which threw me off. We laughed that Kyle even knew who Brett Farve was. And now that I listen to Kade say pacifier in his own little way, it does kinda sound like Brett Farve.

Got all the baby stuff set up and can't keep Kade out of it. Thank goodness he doesn't weigh that much. The laundry room is painted....it is a tad bright almost too peachy for me. We had to compromise, because Steve wanted a really light color and I wanted a more orange color. It is very summery. I can live with it. May grow on me.

Yesterday Lauren lost her tooth at school. She has so many gaps. Entering that awkward stage, but she's just so dang cute! I didn't realize that she had put her tooth out. We have been slacking in the tooth fairy department. She is smart realizes that something is up. On her way out the door this morning, she said I need to check my tooth. Steve says you gotta go. Kyle ran downstairs to inform her that the tooth fairy had not come. Lauren flipped out. That's because you are the tooth fairy dad! Whenever there is candy it is candy that is from around the house. Steve didn't know how to react. He just smiled and told her that wasn't the case. Lauren leaves and Kyle says are you the tooth fairy dad? That Lauren gonna ruin it for Kyle who is dying to loose just one tooth.
