Can you help a sista out?

How the heck do you get a picture in the profile box? I've read the directions....I don't do well with those in technical areas. Could my smart sisters (Candace and Caitlin) help me out? Hoping to update tonight if Bran muffin will let me put him down!

Go on to your "dashboard" and click create a new post. Put the picture that you like in there and save it. Then click on Edit HTML. It should have a big long http address - copy and paste that into your profile and you should be good...
