Stuff

Today I could not access the internet.
I called the cable company.

They couldn't fix it over the phone.

So they scheduled a technician for Friday.

HELLO that is three days away.

that is like an eternity.

The horror of not being able to check things 20 times a day.

Then I realized that I am seriously addicted.

I thought that will be good to get some other things done.

More productive things.

So the kids went to bed tonight at 9.

That is miraculous this week.

Got up from feeding Brandon...

I stopped by the computer and noticed the light on the modem lit up.

Be still my heart.

So what do I do...sit down and browse.

I'm so bad.

I did clean my scrap table off so I could actually do something on it.

Isn't happening tonight.

We have had a couple of delicious, easy dinners. I got the recipes from the kraft foods magazine. Sometimes those aren't always the best, because they use the same ingredients and limit them to Kraft products. This issue really uses the zesty italian dressing and boy does it make for some good flavor. Here are a couple of our favorites: Saucy Stir Fried Pork and Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie By the way, we put the kick butt pulled pork taco recipe that Candace shared in the crock pot. Yummy and much easier to clean up. I love the crock pot...wonderful invention!

On both of my camera lenses, the UV filter is jammed on there. It's not threaded on there right and I can't get them off to clean the glass. I didn't want to damage it, so I took it to the closest camera store. Seems they don't do in house repairs and it will take 8 weeks to fix. I think not!! While there I checked out the external flash that I have been eyeing. He got it out and I looked, had every intention of buying and then said thank you and walked out with my $5 lens cleaning kit. I was so proud of myself. Told myself I could wait a few more weeks. Pulled up in the driveway and noticed a pink slip under the wiper of Steve's truck. Seems a policeman decided to issue him a $190 ticket for parking with his wheel on the curb and in the wrong direction on the street. NICE! Maybe it will be a month before I get that flash.

I haven't taken any pictures in a few days....so here's a few from the other day. I can't post two times in a row with no photo. Kade really gets this dirty everyday. I am dying because his hairy eyebrows are all matted with something sticky in them. Such a boy!

Hey Heather... before you buy anything form the local camera store check out www.bhphotovideo.com I've found them to be a ton cheaper. And about my photography class, it's at community college and it's not very good. What are you trying to learn right now and maybe I can point you in the right direction. I'd love to try one of those online classes from the pro's but the whole online thing scares me. I'm afraid I need someone standing right next to me to learn.??

Sorry about Steve's ticket. that stinks!!

I am laughing about Kade's eyebrows. I love it! And that is so true about the internet. I am the same way.
I can't believe about the ticket. That is wrong. We always park the wrong way!

I am horribly, horribly addicted to checking the internet. I should count how many times I do it a day...I'd probably be disgusted with myself.

Very funny about dirty little Kade. He's so cute!
