Party

The party that almost didn't happen....
Kade finally embraced the idea and then he started feeling crummy.
Drove for 45 minutes to a doctor that was opened.
He has 2 ear infections.
His nose has been running all weekend.
Everyone still came and he had fun.
They jumped on the trampoline, ate outside and played in the sandbox.
Wore Elmo party hats.
He didn't want to be sung to.
Cried and hid when everyone started.
Missed the blowing the candles because Brandon had a bloody nose.
Steve dropped him (accidentally, and not from very far off the ground).
Had tons of help from cousins with opening the presents.
Elefun was the hit.
Ate chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and chocolate ice cream on a chocolate cone. He likes chocolate!
I LOVE this photo of him. He wasn't expecting the shot. His eyes are how he looks when he is excited. I called his name, he looked up and that's what I got. Cute Kade with his dorito face and runny nose.
