New With the kids....Lauren: Informed me that she has 4 loose teeth. The two top and two others. She was quite excited about this fact. I told her that probably by Christmas she would have two holes in her smile. She was worried about how she would eat. Too cute. She is growing up. She spent most of the day entertaining herself with Polly Pockets and looking out for Kade. She is such a good helper and Kade loves her.
Kyle: He is my self proclaimed TV addict. He spent the majority of the day watching some program or another. Last Saturday we gave the kids some jobs to do. Kyle was very upset about this and threw a big time fit. He told me that I clean and all he's supposed to do is watch T.V. Cleaning is not his job. Ha!Ha! Note to self: Give the kids more jobs regularly.
I am trying to limit his T.V. watching. We need to get out and do something
Kade: Has turned into a little pain. He knows exactly what he wants but the poor child cannot communicate except by yelling. He thinks we don't get him. I get you dude! He is frustrated when he doesn't get his way. He must feed himself or he will not eat at all. See photo above. And might I add he gets it all over the place. Today we played outside for a bit before lunch. He loves that....no whining or crying or screaming. To make matters worse he is now a one nap baby. Most days he could still use two.
Me: I am just trying to make it through the week. Waiting for Steve to get the list of things done. I do not feel like packing three kids around to any store. I'm not in the mood. I have been thinking about the projects that I will tackle once the kids are in school:
Sewing Curtains
Organizing: Closet/files/my bedroom
Those projects could take awhile.
