It's a Miracle!

Steve's birth certificate arrived today. I don't know how that all worked out, but glad it did. No more stresses. Just need to pack, and get the house straightened, laundry done, kid's stuff packed. Just a few minor things.

I took Kade to the doctor this afternoon. He has a barking, dry cough and hoarse sounding voice. Just allergies. Makes me feel better to know, even though I had to wait and pay.

Both of the kids are excited to spend the weekend with Grammie and Poppa. Kyle asked me if I could be gone for 8 days instead of 3. Crazy kid.

Lauren has been being so giggly lately. She woke up on her own giggling! She came to wake me up on Kyle's bed. That's a switch. I usually have a grumpy girl who doesn't want to get up. Our new bedtime routine is working wonders, I think. For the past three nights, the kids have gone right to sleep. We have taken the gameboy and computer away if they are talking. Why couldn't we have thought of that sooner?

Here's little Kade. Another miracle, a photo of him without his "I pa" Took this in manual mode and thought that it was a little blown out on my camera screen. Looks good on the monitor though. Got a few other better expressions of him, but changed the mode and the lighting isn't as good. Oh well...need to keep practicing.

Yes that is Kyle OUTSIDE playing his gameboy. He took the charger out there and Kade was hanging out with him. Kade loves it when the kids get home. He really likes to jump on the trampoline with Lauren. Meant to get a shot of Lauren, she must have been doing homework. Will make an effort to do that today.
