As we were finishing up the painting part of their projects:
Lauren: "You're such a fun mom"
Kyle: "and a good one too"
Makes my heart smile. Can't remember the last time those two referred to me as "fun"
I didn't get anything checked off my to do list but.....
Today was a success.
