Meet your teacher

Today was the big day. This was the only shot I got....too busy with the other kids. So summer will officially be over in a few days. I'm actually a bit sad about that. Gasp! I'm going to miss those big kids being around all the time. First grade is always hard for me. Harder than kindergarten. The first week will be a shock for us all. I am not looking forward to battling the masses of cars and people that accompany them to find the kids before and after school. It's better when everything dies down and we get into a routine. I'm hoping that Lauren will be able to meet Kyle at the line and the two can walk across the field to meet me at the park. No cars to travel in front of and the best part is I won't have to get out of the car. How nice is that?

Kade has hand, foot mouth. He is miserable. Just found out that Kyle has sores in his mouth as well. Keeping them away from Brandon and hoping he doesn't get it.

Did two pages this week. So my 6 months of no scrapping is over. I have been going through all of my old magazines and tearing out the pages that I like. I have a pile of inspiration on my desk. Used a couple for these. (not the best pictures) So much easier than trying to come up with something myself especially since I'm so out of practice. I like how they came out. It feels good to make something again.
